HISTORY
The history of Öuzö Barcelona begins in 2018 and our Street Food OZ concept is presented in 2022, but the origins of Öuzö in Sant Andreu go back many years, with a continuous commitment of ownership in various locations in the neighborhood and a strong feeling of belonging and service to the environment.
Öuzö was born with the mission of being the benchmark for Sant Andreu restaurants, offering high-quality, modern and very tasty cuisine based on cooking techniques that are respectful of the product and incorporating culinary details. Thus, we offer the best classics of our gastronomy and innovative rice dishes.
EQUIPMENT
Sebastián and Miguel are the soul of Öuzö. Forged in extensive experience in gastronomic and product restaurants, they apply all their knowledge and love both in the proposal at Öuzö and in the surprise of high-quality Street Food at ÖZ. Furthermore, they always maintain their essence and culture: quality above all and commitment to the neighborhood.
